Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing occurs on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information the moment your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeline across India is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Exceptions and Delays

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your Masti Haul arrives on time, delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including high order volumes during festive seasons, courier network disruptions, extreme weather conditions, or local transit restrictions. We appreciate your patience if your package requires a few extra days to arrive safely.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's tracking portal to update with the live status.

If your order has significantly passed the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will investigate it immediately.
